At Blessed Jewelers, all sales are considered final. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. All Sales Final

All purchases made through Blessed Jewelers are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

We do not accept returns for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Personal preference
  • Accidental purchase
  • Wear after use

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

An exception may be made only if an item arrives:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective upon arrival
  • Incorrect from what was ordered

To request assistance, customers must contact Blessed Jewelers within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.

3. Resolution

If a claim is approved, Blessed Jewelers may, at its sole discretion:

  • Replace the item
  • Repair the item
  • Issue store credit
  • Issue a refund to the original payment method

4. Custom and Personalized Jewelry

All custom-made, engraved, resized, or personalized jewelry is strictly final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances unless it arrives damaged or defective.
