Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Custom, personalized, engraved, or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.

2. Shipping Methods

We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be displayed before purchase.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order value, package size, and destination.

Free shipping may be offered on select orders or promotions at the discretion of Blessed Jewelers.

4. International Shipping

Blessed Jewelers may offer international shipping to select countries. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees imposed by the destination country.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available. Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Blessed Jewelers is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly and file a claim if necessary.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Blessed Jewelers is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional reshipping fees.

8. Signature Confirmation

For high-value purchases, Blessed Jewelers may require signature confirmation upon delivery to help protect your order.

9. Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please contact Blessed Jewelers within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist with a claim or replacement evaluation.
