3. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. While we strive for accuracy, Blessed Jewelers is not responsible for typographical errors, inaccurate descriptions, or pricing mistakes and reserves the right to cancel orders affected by such errors.

4. Orders and Payments

By placing an order, you agree that:

• All billing and shipping information provided is accurate.
• You are authorized to use the payment method submitted.
• Blessed Jewelers may refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

If an order is canceled after payment is received, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Custom Orders

Custom-made, personalized, engraved, resized, or special-order jewelry is considered final sale.

Once a customer approves a custom design, measurements, or specifications, Blessed Jewelers is not responsible for changes requested after production has begun.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We process orders as quickly as possible; however, shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Blessed Jewelers is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the package is handed to the shipping carrier.

7. Returns and Exchanges

Eligible non-custom items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

• Unworn
• Undamaged
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

The following items are non-returnable:

• Custom or personalized jewelry
• Engraved items
• Resized items
• Final sale items
• Gift cards

Blessed Jewelers reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet these requirements.

8. Repairs and Warranty

Blessed Jewelers may offer repair services and limited warranties for certain products. Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Accidental damage
• Lost stones
• Improper care
• Third-party alterations or repairs

Repair fees may apply depending on the item and service requested.

9. Intellectual Property

All content associated with Blessed Jewelers, including logos, product images, jewelry designs, text, branding, and website content, is the exclusive property of Blessed Jewelers and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the item.
